Hours -  40 per week Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

1 in 4 Saturdays (8am - 1pm) - which will be paid as overtime.

Location - Redbournbury Treatment Plant, St Albans, AL3 6RP

This site accepts inorganic chemical bulk waste and treats with the Physio-chemical treatment.

What will you be doing?

Undertake preventative / maintenance and repair of the plant and equipment

Ensure that breakdowns are attended

Maintain record keeping of available spares and accessories

Assist site management and contractors in any commissioning trials on new equipment, new treatment ideas or plant

Maintain records relating to maintenance of site, equipment and records of works carried out at site including permit to work systems

Oversee and ensure the safe operation, maintenance, monitoring and reporting of efficiency of the waste processing plant on site including all pumping equipment on site.

What are we looking for?

Similar operational / manual handling experience

Full UK driving licence and transport to be able to travel to the site

Experience in maintenance tasks (ie pump repair)
