The Role – Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager (Facade/Cladding)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade and cladding projects. The initial focus will be on sites in the Northern home counties.

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years’ experience delivering envelope, cladding or façade projects, along with strong commercial, technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover

* Lead and coordinate multiple site teams

* Ensure all works meet quality, compliance and safety standards

* Oversee budgets, forecasts and risk management

* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

* Ensure smooth project delivery across all live sites

Requirements:

* 5+ years’ experience in facade, cladding or envelope systems

* Proven track record overseeing multi-site projects

* Strong commercial and contractual understanding

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage budgets, risks and programme delivery
