Our client, an innovative engineering and automation business based near Luton are on the hunt for an organised and technically capable Project Manager.

Role and Responsibilities - Project Manager

In this role, your key responsibility is to manage the delivery of automation projects from order handover through to installation and acceptance.

Other responsibilities include:

Managing project scope, schedules, resources and risk
Acting as the main point of contact for customers
Coordinating internal engineering teams and external suppliers
Translating customer requirements into technical delivery plans
Preparing and maintaining project documentation and change control
Supporting proposal and quotation activity with technical input

Experience or Qualifications - Project Manager

Proven experience managing automation or technically complex engineering projects
Background in industrial automation, controls or manufacturing systems
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Exposure to inspection, optical or imaging-based technologies
Experience working within manufacturing environments
Formal project management training or certification
