The Skin Diary is a fast-growing luxury skincare start-up driven by science, dermatology, and purpose. We’re on a mission to redefine how people care for ageing skin with science led skincare backed and founded by the worlds most renowned consultant dermatologists.

The Role

We are looking for a highly capable Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of creative production, project management, and strategic marketing execution.

  • Own the end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Translate campaign plans into executable workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure launches happen smoothly, even when priorities shift.
  • Develop and maintain schedules that balance speed with quality.
  • Build repeatable, scalable workflows that the team can rely on.
  • Review all creative deliverables before they reach senior stakeholders.
  • Identify issues such as off-brand colour grading, cluttered layouts, weak edits, or messaging inconsistencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal creatives and brief clearly, manage expectations, and keep work moving efficiently.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Continuously refine team collaboration, identify bottlenecks and proactively fix them, build playbooks and documentation.
  • Act as connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance, keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Monitor team bandwidth and production load, protect team wellbeing while maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Understand the full marketing funnel and ensure campaigns make sense holistically.
  • Plan, organise, and attend events, exhibitions, and product launches; support B2B and DTC initiatives.
  • Plan, organise, and manage award submissions and coordinate assets, deadlines, and entry requirements.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in a production-heavy marketing role within a high-growth environment.
  • Background may include Marketing Project Management, Agency Producer, Creative Operations.
