As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing hospitality operation, including:

Delivering exceptional food quality inspired by fine dining standards
Managing both kitchen and front-of-house service operations
Creating menus that meet therapeutic and dietary requirements
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to maintain high standards
Overseeing recruitment, induction, and ongoing training
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service excellence

What we're looking for:

A background in Rosette, Michelin, fine dining, or high-end care environments
Proven experience operating as a Chef Manager or senior Chef
Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and quality-led service delivery
Impeccable leadership, management, and communication skills
