This is a wonderful opportunity to join my client, an industry-leading, eco-conscious Technology Company, renowned for lending their expertise in providing monitoring systems for Water Quality and Infrastructure. They are actively seeking a keen, experienced Senior Full Stack Systems Developer with a passion for the environment, willing to take on a variety of challenging projects alongside an established team of professionals, based near the vibrant, historical city of St.

Albans.

• Overseeing a team of technological experts
• Leading the production and deployment of the company's software products and services
• Monitoring the continued maintenance of the products and services
• Taking responsibility for the long-term quality and security of the Source Code

• Hold a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or a similar, relevant discipline)
• Extensive experience of working as a Full Stack Developer
• Excellent working knowledge of full Software System Lifecycle
• Highly-proficient in Software System Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment Strategies for High Availability
• Experience with Java Middleware
• Outstanding knowledge of Performance and Security in Enterprise Systems
• Experience of working with networks: LAN & WAN/Internet and Security
• Prior experience of Database Access Design and Application Optimisation
• Demonstrable experience of working with Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in Software Systems, including Machine-to-Machine Automation Technologies
• A particular passion for the environment

• Prior experience with some of the following methodologies:
  • Containerisation:
    Docker
  • MQTT, RESTful URL Data Integration
  • Deep Learning Neural Network Platforms
• Previous experience with Enterprise Linux Platforms
• Experience of leading/mentoring a team of developers
