We’re looking for a Spa Therapist who creates restorative, memorable experiences and embodies our brand standards of care.

• Deliver exceptional treatments, meeting Fairmont brand standards and protocols.
• Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.
• Personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.
• Promote hotel and spa facilities, identifying opportunities to enrich the guest’s stay.
• Collaborate closely with the Spa team to create a seamless, supportive environment.
• Perform additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.

• Service‑focused personality, experience an asset.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
• Beauty Therapy qualification – HNC/HND/Level 3/ITEC.
