About

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Premier Spa Therapist. You will provide a luxurious experience for our residents and guests and ensure that all treatments are consistently performed to a standard which aligns with expectations within a five red star property. You will support the management team in training and developing Spa Therapists, inventory and product orders and driving retail sales.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms in accordance with the Health and Safety legislation.
  • To carry out all treatments according to the prescribed Kohler Waters Spa standards, be ready to train and overview therapists’ trainings.
  • Assist with beauty demonstrations as required, help to run any events within the Spa.
  • Assist guests in providing accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipates guest needs.
  • Always display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with guests, employees, and outside contracts.
  • Daily maintenance of staff morale making sure all therapists are up to date with their retail targets, KPI and treatments knowledge.
  • Display great morals and team working skills.
  • Be aware of all resort facilities and services, hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies, etc.
  • Consistently hits retail targets.
  • To be a role model; exhibit professionalism, receive no guest complaints, immaculate grooming, treatment area cleanliness, outstanding product knowledge and ability to listen.
To be successful in this role you will have the following qualities and experience:
  • 100% trained & confident in ALL spa treatments
  • Previous therapist experience
  • Previous experience of working within a Customer Services environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and feel at ease with people from all walks of life
  • Commitment to providing a first-class welcome, and ensuring guests leave as satisfied customers
  • Ability to deal calmly but firmly with the occasional “difficult” guests thereby reaching a satisfactory outcome
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Be an excellent communicator but also a good listener.
  • Be tactful and aware of the need for confidentiality.

Permanent Full Time & Part Time Available

Casual Contracts Available

Remuneration

£27,385.26 + commission

£13.17 per hour + commission
