As Student Engagement Associate, Your Role Will Include Lead Generation and Sales Outreach
  • Actively approach prospective students, parents, and visitors in and around the Space Sales Hub.
  • Use confident, friendly, and persuasive communication to introduce Space Student Accommodation and create interest.
  • Drive prospects into the Space Sales Hub or encourage them to book a viewing.
  • Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the sales team for follow‑up.
  • Support street level campaigns across South Street and key university locations to boost visibility.
  • Record all leads accurately within the CRM system.
Sales Engagement and Conversion Support
  • Provide clear, engaging information about the benefits of choosing Space Student Accommodation.
  • Recognise buying signals and guide prospects towards the next step in the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine messages that resonate with students and parents.
  • Assist with on‑site promotions, competitions, and events that support conversion goals.
Customer Interaction
  • Deliver an excellent first impression to anyone entering the Space Sales Hub.
  • Manage light‑touch tourist information enquiries, for example directions or local points of interest.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional environment that supports sales activity.
Collaboration and Performance
  • Share daily feedback on footfall, lead quality, and outreach performance.
  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen outreach strategy and improve lead generation outcomes.
  • Support wider marketing and promotional activities when required.

Working Hours:

25 Hours per Week 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday.

The Person
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Highly confident speaking to people in person with a natural ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target driven mindset with enthusiasm for outreach and sales activity.
  • Positive, energetic, and resilient.
  • Organised and reliable with a proactive approach to work.
