- Use confident, friendly, and persuasive communication to introduce Space Student Accommodation and create interest.
- Drive prospects into the Space Sales Hub or encourage them to book a viewing.
- Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the sales team for follow‑up.
- Support street level campaigns across South Street and key university locations to boost visibility.
- Record all leads accurately within the CRM system.
- Provide clear, engaging information about the benefits of choosing Space Student Accommodation.
- Recognise buying signals and guide prospects towards the next step in the sales journey.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to refine messages that resonate with students and parents.
- Assist with on‑site promotions, competitions, and events that support conversion goals.
- Deliver an excellent first impression to anyone entering the Space Sales Hub.
- Manage light‑touch tourist information enquiries, for example directions or local points of interest.
- Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional environment that supports sales activity.
- Share daily feedback on footfall, lead quality, and outreach performance.
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen outreach strategy and improve lead generation outcomes.
- Support wider marketing and promotional activities when required.
Working Hours:
25 Hours per Week 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday.
- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar role.
- Highly confident speaking to people in person with a natural ability to engage and persuade.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target driven mindset with enthusiasm for outreach and sales activity.
- Positive, energetic, and resilient.
- Organised and reliable with a proactive approach to work.
