As a Property Condition Surveyor, you’ll carry out condition surveys across our homes, spotting what needs attention today and identifying future improvement plans. Your work ensures our properties meet WHQS and regulatory standards, while influencing decisions on repairs, investment, energy efficiency and long‑term health.

You’ll work closely with residents, colleagues and contractors, turning technical findings into practical solutions. Some days you’ll be out independently on‑site, other days collaborating with Property Managers and Inspectors to prioritise work and deliver best value for our residents and the business. No two days are the same; your skills and judgment are central to keeping our homes in great shape.

• 3+ years’ experience in housing or construction
• Construction qualifications welcomed but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS (funded by us)
