About the RoleBased at our St Austell campus, we are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Advisor to be part of a well-established team looking after a caseload of apprentices and employers throughout the County and offer an exciting opportunity to support the growth of apprenticeships and workplace learning.
This role involves supporting our Construction apprentices. You will be responsible for identifying employers that would benefit from apprentices and workplace learning supported through Cornwall College.
Skills & ExperienceYou will need to be excellent at identifying opportunities and converting these to business through strong relationship management. Experience of relationship management and sales are essential to this role. Knowledge of apprenticeships and funding is an advantage, however full training will be provided. You will need to have your own vehicle and a full, clean driving licence to carry out this role.
Hoursof Work
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
