Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives to join our clients busy production team. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in the final stage of their production process, ensuring all products are prepared for shipment to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Packing and Labelling:
Accurately pack products into appropriate boxes, containers, or packets based on daily orders.
Quality Control:
Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they are undamaged and meet company specifications.
Documentation:
Complete all necessary paperwork or data entry using handheld devices/computers to track orders and shipments.
Work Area Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures.
Machinery Operation:
Safely operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks or pallet wrappers as required (full training provided).
Skills & Requirements

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to work to ensure accuracy in packing and quality checks.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks, potentially involving lifting up to 20kg.
Teamwork & Communication: A team player with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Reliability:
Good time-keeping skills and a strong work ethic.

Experience:

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
