We are currently looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our busy team at our Head Office in St Helens, Merseyside! This is not just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a vibrant company that values innovation and personal growth!

Hours of Work:

Full time and permanent

Bookings Coordinator Duties:

As a Bookings Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the surveyors' diaries you manage are booked to full capacity. You will follow up on client enquiries, provide potential clients with quotations, and guide them towards the best survey option based on the age and style of their buildings. Building trusted relationships with potential customers and showcasing our services will be key parts of your role.

Don’t worry, full training will be provided to help you shine in this position!

Bookings Coordinator Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent listener and communicator

- Good organisational and administrative skills

- Computer literate

- Sales-oriented team player

Bookings Coordinator Benefits:
