The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support an upcoming construction project based in Newtown, Powys. This project is expected to last 1620 weeks, starting in mid-January. You will play a key role in the day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Supervising site operations and coordinating subcontractors Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times Monitoring progress against the project programme Maintaining site records and reporting to senior management Ensuring work is completed in line with drawings and specifications Acting as the main point of contact on site About You Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively Good communication and organisational skills SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS Available to start in mid-January and commit to the project duration Whats on Offer Opportunity to work with a growing construction business Well-defined project duration (1620 weeks) Immediate impact role on a live site
