About the company:

HireIQ are delighted to be working with this leading company in the Co Tyrone area. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focused Financial Controller keen to step up. Reporting into the CFO, our client require an experienced Senior Finance Professional to manage the day-to-day of their finance function, playing a hands on role within the business. Responsibilities:
Oversee the finance function, providing leadership and development for a small finance team. Prepare and deliver weekly KPI dashboards and monthly management reports for the Board. Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis. Conduct monthly cost reviews with managers to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Manage quarterly forecasting and support the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and improve organisational processes, internal controls, and cost management systems. Produce weekly production scorecards and analyse cost centres against budgetary targets. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support financial awareness and understanding. Liaise with external parties, including banks, auditors, and government bodies, as required. Oversee grant funding activities, including the preparation of business cases and ensuring compliance with audit and reporting requirements.

Requirements: ACA, ACCA, CIMA preferred. Experience in financial management and budget/forecasting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
