Join Our Team as a Trading Team Manager at Speedy Services – Covering Our Northern Locations

Are you a natural leader with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing a team? Speedy Services, the UK’s leading hire provider, is looking for a Trading Team Manager to join our dynamic team, covering our Northern region. This role will require regular travel across all Northern Speedy trading locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and customer-focused environment. As a Team Manager, you’ll guide and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers across multiple sites. You will influence behaviours, build strong relationships, and foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism throughout the region.

What We’re Looking For
  • Leadership &

    Coaching:

    Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a large team, with the ability to influence and support colleagues across multiple locations.
  • Customer Focused: A strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Organisational Strength:
    The capability to prioritise effectively, manage workloads, and meet deadlines, even when operating under pressure or across various sites.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Experience with Axapta, On-Guard, and Microsoft Office programmes is advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Previous hire industry experience is beneficial, though full training and support will be provided.
