Complex Care Assistant (Hastings & Surrounding Areas)

We are currently recruiting for a Complex Care Assistant in Hastings and surrounding areas. We are seeking compassionate, caring and experienced team members to support clients within their own homes.

• Effectively communicate with clients and invest time in understanding their needs and requirements.
• Think outside the box to introduce new and engaging activities to enrich the clients’ day‑to‑day life.
• Provide personal and medical care with a professional and compassionate approach.

• Experience with tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (preferred; training can be provided).
• A creative and adaptable mindset.
• A caring nature and a commitment to enhancing clients’ quality of life.

• £14.30 – £17.60 per hour
• Bank holiday rates of £21.45 – £30.80 per hour
• Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
