They are looking for an apprentice who is eager and ready to learn to be a part of their growing team. With Cambridge Support you will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas and become a valuable member.

You will receive training from Baltic Apprenticeships where classes will be via online every 4‑6 weeks over a 2‑day period.

We will make sure you are supported each step of the way to ensure you are receiving all the knowledge and skills you need to grow into the world of IT.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

• Security processes such as password resets, MSA resets / enrolments, data encryption, internal security processes, etc.
• Support with SLAs on the ticketing system.
• Document tasks and track escalations through the ticketing system.
• Provide support over the phone, email, tickets and occasional F2F site visits.
• Use a range of troubleshooting tools like ninja for remote access, Microsoft lighthouse, Wireshark, command prompt and Cisco Meraki.
• Install and configure hardware such as adding additional RAM, changing SSDs, working with routers, etc.
• Conduct software updates such as service packs, security patches and driver updates.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

• Grade 4 in GCSE Maths & Grade 5 in GCSE English.

Salary, Hours?&?

Benefits : £15,000

• £17,000 per annum.
• 9am-5 : 30pm Monday to Friday.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support.

Afterwards, we will support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships:
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT.

You’ll get hands‑on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments.

With our unique curriculum and one‑to‑one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team.

Our training is 100% online, including real‑time classes with our expert trainers and self‑paced courses created by industry specialists.
