Location: St. Neots

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to take on dual registration of two neighbouring services in St Neots, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs.

This role requires a leader who can inspire their team, deliver high standards of care, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and coach staff to help them maximise their potential through guidance, support, and positive role modelling.
  • Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.
  • Responsible for budget management.
  • Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
  • Be responsible for the negotiation of contracts and fees with Local Authorities and PCT`s for new and existing services.
  • You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home and be an excellent manager of staff.
  • Oversee all aspects of budget management and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations while continuously raising care standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with Local Authorities and PCTs for both new and existing services.
  • Maintain excellent care standards and demonstrate strong leadership in managing a staff team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, ideally in a larger home or across multiple sites.
  • Strong background in Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health services.
  • Experience with in residential services.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice.
