CREDIT CONTROL - Stafford - Perm - Hybrid

Exciting opportunity for experienced Credit Control for a successful business in Stafford on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
Resolving invoice queries promptly and professionally
Maintaining accurate records of all communications
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth cash flow

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in credit control
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Available to start immediately
