Position: Administrator - September

Are you an experienced Administrator with a background working in a school environment or similar?

Aspire People is currently recruiting School Administrators to work in a busy school environment. Applicants with experience in SIMS or ARBOR, or similar administration experience in a related sector, are especially welcome. The role requires a willingness to learn new systems and adapt quickly.

You must be willing to work on a temporary basis, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available throughout the school year, with varying lengths of time. There may be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract, although this is not guaranteed.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Typing letters and memos
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Dealing with parents and pupils
Requirements
  • Proactive
  • Hardworking
  • Used to working to strict deadlines
  • Not afraid to take on new tasks
  • Able to multi‑task
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
