Acting as the schools front-of-house you will ensure visitors parents and students receive a professional and warm welcome.

• Managing the reception desk and telephone switchboard
• Signing in visitors and ensuring safeguarding protocols
• Managing student enquiries including lost property and first aid triage
• Supporting general admin tasks such as letters filing and data entry
  
  Assisting with school events and communication tasks
