Hours:

42 Hours Per Week – Monday 9.00 till 5.30, Tuesday to Friday 8.30 till 5.30, Saturday on rota 8‑12
Salary: £27,000 + £3,300 bonus per annum

This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly and professional team at Stafford BMW. You will play a key role in the smooth running of our parts department, building relationships and managing customer expectations.

• Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Complete vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensure all items are correctly located and manage stock control
• Receive orders and keep returns up to date
• Answer calls from customers
• Provide excellent customer care

Previous experience in a similar role is required. You should possess excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
