What'sit all about?
- you will perform diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades on OMICRON test equipment according to internal procedures and quality standards
- you will maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and calibrations for ISO and internal compliance
- you will participate in continuous training programs to keep up with product developments and testing technologies
- you ensure that the service area is organized, clean, and meets ESD safety requirements
- you will handle device in and outbound logistics
- you will manage spare parts inventory
- you have an A Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician / Metrology Technician Apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, or a comparable education
- you have minimum 2 years of experience in service, repair, or calibration of electronic or electrical equipment (preferably in a high-precision or test equipment environment)
- you bring a good understanding of analog / digital electronics, test methodologies, and measurement principles
- you are proficient with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
- you enjoy working independently and in a team-oriented environment
- you are willing and able to travel internationally for training and occasional support activities
- you have excellent English language skills
