Medical Assistance

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to healthcare providers and deliver high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility and enhance the overall patient experience.

• Patient Interaction

  Greet and prepare patients for examinations, taking vital signs, medical histories, and documenting information accurately.
• Clinical Support
  :
  Assist with medical procedures, including administering medications, performing routine lab tests, and assisting with minor surgeries or treatments.
• Administrative Duties
  :
  Schedule appointments, manage patient records, process billing and insurance claims, and handle correspondence.
• Medical Equipment
  :
  Maintain and sterilize medical equipment, ensure proper inventory of medical supplies, and perform routine equipment checks.
• Patient Education
  :
  Provide patients with instructions on medication, home care, and follow-up appointments, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Compliance
  :
  Adhere to all healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assisting program is preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
