Responsibilities & Expectations
- Provide care and support to clients in the 'Enhanced Community Recovery’ supported living service in Stafford.
- Engage positively with clients, promoting recovery‑focused, person‑centred support to enable them to live independently.
- Work independently as a lone worker, using own initiative while ensuring safety and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely record‑keeping and reports in line with organisational procedures.
Shift Patterns
- Part Time 28 Hour Contract.
- Sleep shift: 12:00–22:00 or 22:00–08:00, then back on shift 08:00–12:00 the following morning.
- Early shifts: 08:00–15:00.
- Late shifts: 12:00–19:00.

Qualifications
- Experience in caring for people with mental health support needs (NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, databases and e‑mail.
- Positive, confident, and calm nature suitable for lone working.
- Understanding of mental health conditions and willingness to learn.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
