An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to set up and manage a new team in the IT Sector within my clients Boutique Recruitment Consultancy located in Stafford in the heart of the West Midlands.

• Previous management experience within IT recruitment, or maybe at a Senior Consultant Level and can demonstrate that you have the skills, motivation and ability to lead and deliver a successful team.
• The ability to motivate a team to meet deadlines, targets and KPI’s
• Outstanding organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• The ability to identify business sales opportunities, with a proven track record
• A motivated, ethical and professional attitude with lots of get-up-and-go!
• Business to business sales ability
• A confident and outgoing personality with the passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment
• The ability to meet deadlines and hit targets
• Commercial awareness
• The ability to work on all social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
• The ability to manage vacancies from start to finish as well as screening, shortlisting candidates
• Building relationships with team members as well as clients
