As a Solution Architect, you’ll provide architectural leadership for large-scale integration initiatives. You’ll define solution designs, ensure technical integrity, and guide delivery teams through complex dependencies, data flows, and integration patterns across multiple enterprise systems.

This role combines technical depth with strategic oversight—you’ll work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and future‑ready.

• Define end‑to‑end integration architecture for enterprise platforms
• Lead design sessions and produce high‑level and detailed architecture artefacts
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integration and migration activities
• Provide architectural governance and assurance for delivery teams
  
  Align technical decisions with business strategy and programme objectives
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure seamless execution
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for complex integrations

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on enterprise‑scale programmes
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware
• Expertise in data migration and system interoperability
• Familiarity with Azure services and hybrid cloud environments
• Ability to produce architecture artefacts (HLD, LLD, interface specs)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with Core Suite platform or similar enterprise administration systems
• Knowledge of financial services or life & pensions environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and security frameworks
• Certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Microsoft Certified Architect)
