You will work directly with children and families to understand risk, need, and strengths, while working collaboratively with partner agencies to support positive outcomes and prevent escalation wherever possible.

Respond to referrals and make informed threshold decisions.

Carry out direct work with children and families to understand lived experience.

Analyse risk, need, and protective factors to inform professional judgement.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including health, education, and police.

Prepare clear, analytical reports and recommendations.

Maintain accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory guidance.
