Returns Team Member

We have an excellent opportunity to appoint a new Returns Team Member at our warehouse at our Stafford site (DC3). Working within our Stock & Systems Department and reporting to the Returns Team Manager, you will be involved with the reverse logistics of multiple return categories of stock, ensuring that all Returns movements - in and out of the department, are administered and controlled in line with agreed procedures.

This position will be on our rotating shift operating between 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 rotating on a weekly basis.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £25,396.80, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). • Receive and audit inbound returns including unloading and loading trailers.
• Prepare stock for inter site transfers and RTV collections.
• Monitor and report stock damages returning from TCs
• Process Mints, Derange, QA and Overstock extraction returns
• Prepare the layout of reverse pick aisles weekly

• Experience of warehouse management systems within a distribution operation.
• Flexible and have a high level of self-motivation in what is an extremely time critical operation.
• PC skills required data entry and use of e-mails.
• Able to operate MHE and act upon initiative
• Physically able to carry out manual activities
