Salary: £45,000 per annum + Commission (OTE £55,000)

We’re on a mission to grow, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us take things to the next level.
About The Role
You’ll play a key role in expanding our membership and accreditation services both in the UK and internationally. You’ll be working alongside a supportive sales and marketing team, and will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from generating new leads to closing deals and building long-term relationships. This role is perfect for someone who loves the chase, is solution-focused, and is eager to be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Nurture and convert warm inbound leads
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
- Analyse the market, spot opportunities, and report on trends
- Manage client subscriptions and ensure timely membership payments
- Hit (and exceed) your sales targets
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, go-getter attitude
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Confident working independently, but a true team player
- Attention to detail and strong time management
