Excellent opportunity for Engagement Delivery Lead to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice(CIS). Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting / Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, Dev Ops, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

The individual will be responsible for all CIS services being delivered to one of our largest customers in the UK – which includes overall responsibility for the Cloud Infrastructure , Non Production environments and the Database services as a part of the contract

• Responsible for managing Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
• Responsible for management of transition & transformation and IT best practice implementations
• Management of service delivery levels, SLAs and contractual service targets
• Accountable for service delivery and cross-functional collaboration across all towers
• Accountable for Financial Management of operations, Revenue, CP for CIS services
• Responsible for BAU related project streams and cost management
