IT Technical Support Engineer

You'll join our friendly on-site team in Staines, reporting toour End User Computing Manager. Your mission? To provide hands-on desktop and IT support to our amazing colleagues. We'll set you up for success with lots of opportunities to learn from our team so you don't need to be a tech expert from day one—just bringyour enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

This role is on site in our Staines office, 5 days per week.

You’ll also:

• Be the go-to person for IT issues logged through Service Now and resolve tickets
• Manage IT kit for new starters, movers, and leavers
• Escalate complex issues to 3rd line when needed
• Share helpful “how-to” guides to prevent repeat issues

You love helping people and take pride in delivering outstanding service. You might not have worked in IT support before, but you're great at building relationships and solving problems. Most importantly, you're passionate about tech and eager to learn.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Excellent problem-solving ability
• The ability to prioritise and stay organised
