This is a hybrid role, in office 3 days per week, 2 days from home.

Salary:£45,000 per annum +Commission(OTE £55,000)

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in expanding our membership and accreditation services both in the UK and internationally. You’ll be working alongside a supportive sales and marketing team, and will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from generating new leads to closing deals and building long-term relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the chase, is solution-focused, and is eager to be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Nurture and convert warm inbound leads
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
  • Analyse the market, spot opportunities, and report on trends
  • Manage client subscriptions and ensure timely membership payments
  • Hit (and exceed!) your sales targets
What You'll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, go-getter attitude
  • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Confident working independently, but a true team player
  • Attention to detail and strong time management
