Associate, Investment Performance Reporting | Hybrid Stamford, CT | Investment Management

A leading financial technology and alternative investment platform is seeking an Investment Performance Reporting Associate to join its growing Data Solutions team. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of investment management, financial reporting, and technology, supporting wealth managers, RIAs, family offices, and institutional clients.

• Analyze and report on investment portfolio performance across traditional and alternative asset classes.
• Perform account-level reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues.
• Review private equity and hedge fund statements to ensure accurate investment data aggregation and reporting.
• Prepare customized portfolio performance reports based on client requirements.
• Support client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing portfolio reporting needs.
• Maintain and configure investment reporting platforms and financial data feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data integrity.

• 2–5 years of experience in investment performance reporting, portfolio accounting, investment operations, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, private equity, and hedge funds.
• Experience with portfolio performance calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Addepar, Black Diamond, Orion, APX, Axys, Archway, or similar systems.
• Experience working with RIAs, family offices, wealth managers, custodians, or investment advisors preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
