You will work closely with the nursing leadership team to coordinate daily workflows, maintain clinical quality, and foster a supportive environment for both patients and healthcare colleagues.
Key responsibilities and shift details for this position include:
* Working a standard schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 5x8-hour shifts per week.
* Demonstrating flexibility as needed for holidays and off-shift coverage to support unit operations.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
* Assisting with administrative duties, staff mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
