📍 Stanford-le-Hope, Essex | 💷 £26,325 + sleep-in/overtime pay

🕒 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), incl. weekends & sleep-ins

We're hiring experienced Support Workers for a 5-bed mixed gender children's home, supporting young people (8-18) with learning disabilities.

Provide personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance.

Promote independence and positive behaviour.

Work across day/night shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.

Support outings, education, and life skills development.

• Age 22+ with residential care experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence (2+ years, no points).
• Enhanced DBS, right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility for full rota.

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• Understanding of autism & behavioural support.

£26,325 + overtime & sleep-in enhancements.
