Operations Analyst / Associate Operations Analyst is a key professional of the Operations team, who supports data management processes, trade processes, client reporting and problem resolution for different client accounts while meeting operational requirements.

Prerequisites

• 2 to 3 years' previous experience in the RCM field
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including US clientele
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to work onsite during Day/Night shift
• Graduates, undergraduates with pending results, or HND holders with adequate RCM experience
