The senior leadership team are extremely ambitious and want to continue to scale rapidly. The individual who joins as Head of E-commerce and CRM will have a seat around the leadership table and play a pivotal role in building this business into a meaningful global brand.
About The Role:
Head of E-commerce and CRM This is the perfect role for an experienced Senior E-commerce and CRM Manager who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. Essentially this role covers three core areas: 1. CRO - constant iteration and improvement of our clients website. Setting up and running multiple tests at any one ime 2. CRM - oversight of their entire CRM strategy and execution
3. Merchandising - pricing, sales etc For the first six months you can expect to be hands-on, with a focus on planning and execution, as soon as ROI is being delivered you will be driving the road map and vision for your team - recruiting and expanding the skill set in-house. This role requires someone to get their hands dirty and handle most of the execution in the early stages.
About you:
To be considered for this role you must be able to display the following.
- Have worked in a senior ecommerce capacity for a brand that is growing, a business that is currently scaling up at a rapid pace.
- Must have worked in a company doing £20m revenue - Ideally having worked on high value products (furniture, luxury goods, electronics) - lower level subscription products will not be a fit here unfortunately. Culture fit:
The ideal candidate needs to be someone who cares about health and wellness, an affinity with the product and the sector is paramount. Comfortable working at their offices 3 days a week ideally - our client is moving to new offices in Surbiton in a months time which will be 15 minutes walk from Waterloo. You will need to be high energy, comfortable working in a fast paced, fluid environment.
You will be happy owning your space, working closely with a high calibre senior leadership team with a real energy for rapid growth over the next 5 years. In return our client can offer:
