I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a privately owned family building contractor on a permanent basis, working on projects across the West of Essex (along the M11 corridor).

The company turnover circa £20m and work throughout East Anglia and Outer London, operating as a principal contractor. They are a highly respected, multi-disciplined main contractor that carry out both major works as well as smaller projects.

They undertake new build, refurbishment, alteration, conversion and maintenance projects across the business, including schools, hospitals, residential, factories, offices and listed buildings. Project values range from £500k up to £5m.

They are looking for a Site Manager to focus on projects in the West of Essex, along the M11 corridor. Most of the projects will be new build within the education sector, but they do carry out refurbishment projects as well and also operate in other sectors so ideally the Site Manager will have a diverse background.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable main contractor as a No.1 Site Manager
• Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects
• Education project experience is essential
• Ideally have experience working on projects in multiple sectors
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Able to work in West Essex on a daily basis
