ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to operate both early & late shifts & report for duty as early as 5 am on the early roster and not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster. You are expected to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment and work as part of a team.
Requirements- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- You must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
- You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else.
- It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
Please note:
candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
