Requirements

• Evidenced 5 year Background (Employment / Education etc - breaks over 28 days to be supported with status GAP reference)
• 5 Year verifiable address history
• A valid
• DBS Certificate (Overseas DBS if applicable)
• Experience of front-line customer service with face to face Sales Experience
• English language + numeracy skills
• Positive attitude to customer service and personal development
• Ability to work in a team or unassisted on your own initiative
• Good levels of stamina is required as you will need to be available to assist customers for long periods of time
• The ability to work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays to meet business demands.

• Look for opportunities and proactively up-sell National Express services and ancillary products, using sales techniques to close each sale transaction, competing with other operators within the vicinity
• Consistently deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times
• Effectively and accurately communicate information to customers regarding service updates and disruption
• To be fully competent in the use of the relevant ticketing accepting both cash and card
• Adhere to processes and procedures necessary to fulfil the role
