About the Role:

The Production Associate position ensures products are assembled and/or packed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient and high-quality manufacturing that meets customer and regulatory requirements and supports overall operations. As a Production Associate, you will perform final inspection and packaging of medical devices, helping ensure each product is ready for customer use.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Precise control of tool and workpiece movement.
• Good hand-eye coordination is necessary to manipulate controls, adjust settings, and achieve accurate results.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.
• Certification in operating specific machinery or equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document results to maintain product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Work often involves manipulating small parts and operating controls with precision.
• A good level of manual dexterity is essential to handle tools, adjust machine settings, and place and remove work pieces.
• Assemble products or components manually or with automated equipment, in accordance with technical specifications and work instructions.
• Complete all assembly tasks accurately and meet production timelines.
• Work efficiently to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste or errors.

Skills:

Attention to detail is crucial for conducting quality checks and ensuring that products meet specifications. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read, understand, and follow written work instructions, procedures, and production‑related documentation are essential. Teamwork skills are necessary for collaborating with colleagues to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
