We’re looking for a part‑time Wine Country Concierge to join our Estate Wine Group team. This role is at the heart of how guests, wine club members, and customers experience our wineries—before, during, and long after their visit. You’ll be a trusted point of contact, a knowledgeable guide, and a passionate ambassador for our estate properties and wines.
What this teammate is responsible for - Create Exceptional Guest Experiences- Be the first point of contact for guests and wine club members via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inquiries about reservations, estate experiences, wine orders, and memberships.
- Build genuine relationships that turn one‑time visitors into lifelong wine club members.
- Accurately manage customer accounts, orders, and reservations across systems such as Salesforce, Magento, Oracle, and Triple Seat.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, chats, and CRM cases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Recommend wines, wine club memberships, and estate experiences that align with each guest’s preferences.
- Build and upsell customized, cross‑property itineraries across our Estate Wine Group locations.
- Confidently guide guests through offerings in a way that feels consultative, not transactional.
- Availability required on some weekends, evenings, and holidays
, with increased activity during peak wine country seasons. - Hybrid work model
, with in‑office support required once per week at our Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake location.

- Sales‑oriented with a service mindset—you love matching people with the right experience.
- Highly organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable multitasking.
- Passionate about hospitality, wine, tourism, or concierge‑style service.
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, phone‑based sales, or hospitality.
- Confidence handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with sound judgment.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook and Excel experience an asset).
- Post‑secondary education in hospitality, business, or wine/spirit studies is an asset.
- Be part of a passionate, guest‑focused team supporting over 5,000 wine club members.
- Contribute to a large direct‑to‑consumer channel.
- Grow your wine knowledge and hospitality expertise in one of Canada’s most iconic wine regions.
- Play a meaningful role in delivering exceptional experiences across our estate wineries.
