Processor, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Location: Fort Erie

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Processor to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up injection molding machines for start-up and shutdown

Monitor machines and part quality to ensure smooth operation

Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure initial products meet output criteria

Troubleshoot production issues as they arise

Perform mold, tool, and material changes as directed

Optimize machine utilization to maximize efficiency

Follow and consistently adhere to current work instructions

Assist team members as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with injection molding machines required

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Current forklift and overhead crane licenses are an asset; training can be provided if needed

Knowledge of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $28.50 per hour

Fort Erie: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
