Position Description

Monitoring and maintaining legislation compliance

Daily review of drivers logs

Ongoing review of MTO legislation, maintaining all audit paperwork,

Scheduling all required drug tests for drivers

Provides dispatch support, clearing all backhaul shipments, maintaining and updating dispatch spreadsheets, and real time tracking of pickups and deliveries

Responsible for customs clearance paperwork (ACI, PARS)

Scheduling delivery appointments

Assisting with assigning routes for drivers

Administration duties such as processing all licensing renewals and registrations, scheduling truck/ trailer maintenance, and maintaining all operational driver files and truck/trailer files.

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

Experience with Excel, Loadlink and ERP systems

Education

Education related to logistics or supply chain would be an asset
