DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and reconcile cash on hand advances with supporting documentation.
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Staff and Cash on Hand balance reconciliations
- Allocated Staff claim review and processing
- Upload and change management of allocated budgets on D365
- Processing advance requests from Parks in D365
- Assist in internal audit reviews of projects
- Assist in collating documents and information for audits
- Prepare General and Cost recovery journals
