• Design and analyze building structures using concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Conduct site inspections during construction to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and other consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Perform structural assessments of existing buildings and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with the National Building Regulations and relevant SANS codes.
• Manage structural engineering aspects of projects, coordinating with other disciplines.
• Utilize structural analysis software effectively (e.g., SAP

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters.

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• A minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering design.
• Proven experience in designing various building types.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
