Position: Office Administrator – 5397

We have an exciting opportunity within a prestigious Accountancy Practice for an Office Administrator, based in their Stevenage Office.

The role and skills required include:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Supporting Accounts, Bookkeeping, and Payroll departments by liaising with clients to gather information and ensure deadlines are met
  • Contacting clients for accounts and tax information, conducting initial reviews, and requesting additional information as needed
  • Assisting the Practice Manager with updating internal practice management software daily
  • Communicating directly with clients for information requests
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desirable; training can be provided
  • Willingness to adapt to various tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills for daily contact with clients and team members
  • Promotion opportunities are available for ambitious and dedicated team members as the practice continues to grow.
