Youll play a key role in preparing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring theyre ready for primer and paint using industry-best practices. Working as part of a dynamic cosmetic team, youll be instrumental in ensuring vehicles are reconditioned efficiently and to top standards.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and values teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing vehicle panels for primer and paint Masking, sheeting, and sanding in line with repair requirements Working with modern tools, techniques, and materials About You Were looking for someone with experience in vehicle reconditioning and a strong eye for detail. Youll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Minimum requirements:

Legal right to drive a manual vehicle in the UK Proven experience in panel preparation Skilled in masking and sheeting Competent in primer application Previous experience in accident repair environments Why Join Us?
